What platform are you coding in ? If you wan any modders they would need to know that. Thy also need to know what you are trying to accomplish. And how often you want them to code.

He was on last in 2006. You could try sending him an AIM message.
Doesn't look like sked has a hive profile. Try wc3?
Keep in mind: they released this map about 8 years ago. They probably have moved on from wc3 and battleships, have real jobs and probably wouldn't be interested in this. This is, even if you CAN get in contact with them (very unlikely).
Why do you necessarily want them anyways? Being able to program wc3 gui doesn't mean you're a c# expert. If you're wondering how they did something in the map, open up the war3map.j file and read it.

Thank you guys for your help,
I want to find them not because they are experts but because they were the original creators, and i want their consent to use Battleships Crossfire x as a reference to my game.
Game of course is well upgraded with our own ideas and concepts, but a touch of the original creators i think will bring back some players that want to play the game but cant.
