Looking for a Raider skin

ive tried the whole skinning process and it jus doesnt work for me so i was wonderin if sum1 couldnt make a nice human looking raider skin? And if you do decide to make on please change the sword, that crack doesnt work for me

Get Warcraft 3 Viewer, export from there the raider.blp and convert it to .tga/bmp/jpg and start editing the file in Gimp, Paint, Photoshop or any other art program.
