Hi , I'm relatively new here.. I just signed up today. The reason I signed up is I am looking for a co-maker on a map that my clan is working on. Namely, I need someone to make some models/skins. Though I am new here, I have been a mapmaker for many years.. modeling and skinning are just two things I have never been able to master.
The concept of the map:
The game is a Turn-based strategy team game for wc3; I am making it because I enjoy and love turn-based games, but have found a severe lack of theme in wc3 maps. My map is still in early betas, but it already has a turn-based battle system that works pretty well. Basically, the game's theme is that video game heroes and heroines from all dimensions of video game realities must unite to take on a common evil. The game is very lighthearted, humorous, and features turn-based battles, etc.
What exactly I'm looking for:
I need models of some specific video game characters from various realities. Some include: Crono (Chrono Trigger), Laharl (Disgaea), Geno (Super Mario RPG), and Dart (Legend of Dragoon). There are many more, and this is quite an ambitious project.. I have not found any of these models, or anything that would fit these characters.
If you are a model/skin expert, and would be willing to help me out with any of this, please PM me, respond in this thread, or stop by Clan MnM on USEast.
The map will give full credits to anybody who is willing to help me. I would greatly, greatly appreciate it if anybody can help me with this map project. If you want to see how the map has developed so far, I would be happy to host it for you, so you can see exactly how the models would fit into the game, on the whole.
