you hafe good eyes and it is realy bad the cape doesnt hafe highlights and shading i call it rejected fore customize somone's skinn and there is 3% freehanded in it

I have to agree here. You should NEVER steal from other skinner's, but you can 'steal' a little bit from Wc3 skins. ( not like these you find on this site )
