Log Out - User CP buttons wrong

As you can see in the screen, the Log Out - User CP buttons still show up when using a non-fullscreen resolution but they're merged into the background and you cant click them

Although reported multiple times, the simple fix would be via CSS by changing

#tpr {
	right: 31px;
}
</style>

<style>
#tpr {
	right: 31px;
	z-index: 1;
}
</style>

To test it yourself, open console and write in document.querySelector("#tpr").style["zIndex"] = "1";
