[JASS] Lock screen

Im wondering, if anyone here know a custom script for locking a players screen, so he can't move it with arrow keys or with the mouse.

There is a GUI action in WEU, but this one comes with a fatal error..

I want it so i can use the arrow-keys to rotate a unit. The player should still be able to use spells on the unit. Also i still need to be able to move the camera with the Pan camera over 0.00 seconds action

So, could use a Custom script for locking screen movement for a specific player, and another for releasing it again.
