[General] Loading Times after changing values?

Not sure if there is a way around this, but for some reason certain things cause a lot of lag when i change them. This mainly include copying/pasting of units and changing names and some text values.

So, is there any way I could reduce this lag/ or speed up the loading?

In the terrain editor, in the Window menu, disable Brush List.
