Done ;) I attached your requested loading screen image in this post, you can click on it to download.

How to import:

Step 1: Import the LoadingScreen2.mdx into your map.
Step 2: Import all the Parts of the image into your map.
Step 3: Open Import Manager in your map.
Step 4: Check the "Use custom path" in each parts and rename them:
-Rename LS Request Part 1 to LoadingScreenTL.tga
-Rename LS Request Part 2 to LoadingScreenTR.tga
-Rename LS Request Part 3 to LoadingScreenBL.tga
-Rename LS Request Part 4 to LoadingScreenBR.tga
Step 5: Save your map.
Step 6: Finally go to Scenario >> Map Loading Screen then check the "Use Imported File"

Then there you go ;)
Your requested Loading Screen is currently in high quality thats why it has large file size, if you want low quality, pm me ;)
If it doesn't work, pm me also.
