Hello everyone,

First of all i would like to say good job for those who maintain this place it's great and kinda 'easy' to use it (the way people like it).

Secondly i would like to ask for a small support if it's possible :)

So here's the situation :

I got 45 maps to add same loading screen to each one and then pack it to user however i dont wanna make a HUGE pack! imagine each map with a 2mb tga loading screen on it? 80mb pack..

So i made a new mpq file and called 'test.mpq' and opened the a map on world editor..

Tried to add some blank loading screen looking for the images on my mpq file however i did no suceed on this since i'm not much familiar with loading screen management.

My question is.. Is it possible to do somenthing like this? if no someone could give me another way out witch wont make me create a 80mb pack?

Thanks in advance,

Moon,

guys you dont understand the problem
so you basically want to know how to create you own mpq file with custum stuff inside it..

well first you use this tool
DropMPQ 0.6 (v8) - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site
it will create a mpq file out of a folder (where you place the custom files)

and then you could use
MPQDraft 13/9, 2006 - The Hive Workshop - A Warcraft III Modding Site
to create a self installing mpq, which means you start warcraft with an edited mpq with your custom files
