Loading Screen Issue

Execuse me, but does anyone know how can I change the loading screen on my map? not the loading text that says ''loading'' or the description on the Loading screen itself, but the Picture which is on the LS ( I want to import a custom one and add it as a background pic. to the loading scr. but I don't know how )

Actualy I checked the Image extractor it's no longer available here, neither it's working on other sites, nor the resizer.

Use War3 Model Editor, it has an function to create loading screens from .tga files (AFAIK). Also it contains the explanation how to create it.
