Little help pls

I know how to create loading screen ,import it etc...
But does anyone know how to make a custom loading screen with clarity like dota loading screen ?
I mean our loading screen seen with opacity and like it blur.

You need to split image into 4 pieces

EDIT: oh and i forgot how can i change text of Loading bar .instood of normal " L O A D I N G" i want to be name of my map .

i read it and i understood that are some problems.

And nothing about loading screen (

Here you go, just remove that war3MapImported/ and set loading screen in map options to model you imported.
