NO you didnt want to shade the head... not too much, just a tiny tiny bit.

Mainly the limbs, like inder the arms, and around the reverse knee.

Just think about it, if you put a light directly downward on the model, where would there be shadows?
Think about that and then **LIGHTLY** shade.

to remove team colour - you paint over the alpha parts or people could just remove it on the map editer, change the colour of it so its 'neutral'
i like it, theres a few parts on it i would change slighty and i would add shadow too some of the parts but part from that its a good skin.
