Does any1 here knows or has a list of models that can be changed art - color 1,2,3

In this case, you should wish that Hiveworkshop has that kind of filter but no, even if it has, the authors have to mark their creation themselves as "changeable colors". Moreover, no one have time to collect that huge list just to find out which one has or not.
