Limits of Pick every unit in UGroup and For each Integer from X to Y ?

I'm just asking me, how function exactly those limits.

I know that Pick every unit's limit depend of the action in the loop, but it is same for the For each integer from X to Y ?
And also, which one has the higher limit ?

A thread can do up to 300k micro ops.

Pick Every Unit And Do Action creates a thread for each unit.

For Each Integer runs in the current thread.

You can easily see that if you convert to jass text.
