Lifesteal question

Do lifesteal work on triggered unit damage? If not, how could I do it? Thanks in advance!!!

I want it like the Backstab Ability of Rikimaru in DotA in which he deals an additional 1x of the hero's agility and I noticed that Rikimaru steals life when the Backstab ability initializes.(I am not referring to the base damage lifesteal)

you have set health to value actions

i guess you need

set health of your unit to health of your unit + ability of your unit

Yeah, life steal items will not work with "Unit - damage target".
