in my map heroes should have a large selection of abilities, and for that they will have a number of spellbooks of diffrent categories.
is it possible to level up an hero ability inside an spellbook?
or ill need to make tons of spellbooks, spellbook levels, abilitys and ability levels for it to work?

you say that if i have a spellbook with spells X, Y and Z and i use the trigger "set hero spell Y level to 2" it will change its level? what about spells the hero didnt learend yet? i need to make a spellbook with each possible spell combination? >.<

You can increase it, even if you make 1 spellbook.
If you want to make it more interesting, then make a different type of classes for each character with different spellbooks. Something like:

- Human Mage -> Summoner | Sorceress

And so on, the Human Mage have some basic skills, the Sorceress and Summoner are alot more powerful with absolutely different type of skills.

so i make a spellbook for my class.
then i make hero abilites.
then i make an disabeld spellbook with each ability and the same id of the class spellbook.

then i use triggers to add the disabeld spellbooks to the hero or set the ability levels as i see fit? it will work?

that thread is not what i am looking for.

ok, so now that i have tons of abilites with the spellbook, how do i allow the hero to learn them all?

When you put them in the spellbook, and add the spellbook to the Hero normal abilities, you don't need to learn them anymore, so the only think is to increase the level of the abilities by trigger or to make a thousands of levels for the spellbook and add abilities in the order you want.

So every level of the spellbook to have different abilities or different levels of the ability.

i want the abilites to be learn and level up just like hero abilites...
i use spellbooks so that i may have a big number of avilable abilites.
