Letterboxes not showing in cinematic mode?

So, I'm sure there's something really simple I'm missing here, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to get the physical letterboxes to actually show up on screen. I have cinematic mode and letterbox mode turned on, but when I run the map, the cinematic looks like this. Is this a bug introduced with Reforged, user error, or something else? Thank you!

I think that's intentionally how Reforged cinematics are supposed to look? Not 100% sure.

Oh wow, you're 100% right. I changed it to Classic mode and the letterboxes came up! Lol thank you!
