Ohhh, awesome idea. Did you use lightsabers for the bottom lights? 
The runes are emanating too many particles, so I think a lot of simple glow models stacked would be better for the top lights. I'm really curious to see where this is going and what else you could come up with.

But can you please do me the favour of waiting until you actually have something
of a more complete terrain before you post them? You've been doing this quite allot
lately. It's not that I really don't mind awfully much, but there usually isn't much to
comment on when you post terrains that are barely started.
