English is a must. This map will be rejected if it is not english. It's not because there is anything bad about your language, it is only because the site will not work if it is in many languages. Also, you must have a full description. Screenshots would be good too.

Posting maps in a language which is not English is forbidden in the rules to be precise. Breaking a rule already guarantees map rejection so unless the map is translated to English, your map will have to be rejected. Follow also Legal_Ease's recommendations and especially that useful link which helped me a lot and will help you a lot too of course!

Má mapa je určena pro české hráče nikoliv pro anglii USA nebo Sirii, pokud máte problém s jazykem, měli by jste si vzít přiklad ze zbytku světa a rozvíjet své jazykové znalosti. ( Does map is intended for Czech players not for the US or England Siri , if you have a problem with the language , you should take an example from the rest of the world and develop their language skills . )

People use english not because its superior or they are lazy, but because it's easier to everyone to understand each other if all try to get into only one language. Someone will not learn a new language just to play a map in warcraft 3. In the actual state, the map will end being rejected by staff.
