[General] Left arm is lightning effects' start/end point

Hi! I haven't been active in Wc3 for many years, so it feels strange posting here again.

Anyway, I've noticed that lightning effects start from the casting unit's left arm, and ends on the target's left arm. EDIT: The start and end is just oddly off-center, nothing to do with attachment points.
Is this the case for everyone else? Can you work around it?

What spell are you using?

Created ones can be placed at any 3D coordinates you want.

I just realized it doesn't attach to the left arm specifically, it's just off center regardless of unit facing
