very nice! you even added some new tentacles on his chin; I think it however lacks the four horns/crystals on his forehead that made him almost like a Draenei

I'm sorry pal but for now I don't really have any solution for this issue... If someone who read that has a solution, tell me and I'll do my best to fix itBagysta could you recommend which file we can compress easiest to make the file size smaller? I love your models, but each of them take so much space. Thanks!
I based my model on the one we encountered in Nagrand Burning Crusade who had the basic orc model. I figured it was a good idea to add some stuff like the tentacle to make us feel more he has a draenei part. But I don't remember other representations of him with horns or crystal ; do you ? If you have some, I'd be curious to see that !very nice! you even added some new tentacles on his chin; I think it however lacks the four horns/crystals on his forehead that made him almost like a Draenei

Nope it's just an optional skin for Mag'har, they are sort of piercings I thinkI mean those weird looking droplets on his forehead; I thought they were crystals

i have an issue with creating costume skins as i export the dds file then i try to edit it with gimp but it becomes white texture when i add it to map, i tried with paint.net but it becomes invisible. please help!!!
(In Gimp) You have to save with BC3/DXT5 compression and click on generate mipmaps. See if that works.
I do, but I don't think there's an issue if you don't. I haven't had an issue yet loading them.thank you soo much for your reply got a quick question when you open the file in gimp do u click also load mini map and "automatic decode" or not?
