It's nothing then a recoloured ogre magi model with tiny bit of CNP (omg Pink ogres o.o) and a few displaced particle emitters. I STRONGLY suggest you to take a look at the tutorials we got here.

Sure, there's more effort than a simple recolour, but it's also very poorly done and what's conveyed in the description is that you know it's a recolour and you don't want to be called out on it.
