Sure, there are some things that you need to learn.

Some general multiboard knowledge:
Creating an Simple and a Advanced Multiboard

How to count deaths/kills:
Triggers - Variables and Arrays
Creating a Leaderboard (here, only look at the principle, of how arrays are used, but don't mind the Leaderboard)

Assists will be something seperate, but I would focus on this matter lastly.
The idea would be to use a DDS system and to track units that damaged a unit for like 5-10 seconds maybe.
And when a unit dies, you can check all units who dealt damage in the last 10 seconds for example, and evaluate if it's
appropriate to count it as an assist, or not.
