Neither came with anything remotely suitable for a death, it is transferred from Wario from the same game.

Original model taken from Mario Party Superstars by Nintendo.
Model ripped from source by MisterPrawn and Crispy Toast.
Conversion to Warcraft 3 and animation tweaks/transfer by Warlord.
