Just Another Orpg 0.5 Alpha

Map Info:

Just Another Orpg (JAORPG) is a "Boss Killing Map" where you kill bosses for loots. The Bosses in JAORPG actually require skills and tactic to kill. Currently there is 3 bosses.
PvP will be added around the time the map comes out of the beta. ALOT MORE CONTENT WILL BE ADDED. REMEMBER ITS ONLY IN THE ALPHA STAGE. The map is optimized with http://www.wc3c.net/showthread.php?t=79326


In most cases you will need atleast 3 people to take down any boss.
1 Healer 1 Tank 1 DPS.

Once the next dungeon option is open or around 1.0 you should release 1 more of each role
Should make it that each role has 4 classes in it.

The amount off playable heroes will VERY fast (most spells are already done). I aim on atleast having 4-8 classes for each role.

BTW How do you level?
Cause I killed those level 6 mobs at the beginning but I didn't get any EXP

Also as a quick note seeing how you're using a save/load system if you wanted to you could make a second map once your finished with this one that you can bring your character over to with new bosses and that

its little Flame AoE DoT skill, after 10 tries you down the two monsters getting 2 pieces of gear restart the dungeon and repeat till you get the gear you need which is Health so its other skill does more damage

Map Series Idea
You can take dungeon ideas or Hero ideas from it

The first pack is not supposed to be farmed:p Its made mainly to fill ppls inventorys. Ofc i will increase the number of item types droppin on the trash.
Well only 2 items drops and neither effect AGI,
Should have least 1 item for each role or Class
Tanks should be able to get a crap Armor or HP up item
Melee DPS (Depends on if they are AGI or not)
Healer needs Mana Regen thats a given for all games

Extra mana reg is good and the points will be nice once the vender is in
How is that setup?
Trash = Low Points
Bosses = High Points

BTW panda did you make the terrain for this map?

Found a bug
I went to loot the Murloc head item (IDK what its called)
But it was destroyed instead.

Hate trying to find people to test the game with.

and tend to do crap testing by myself and I was player 1

me and my friend played Paly, Mage couldn't take the first boss so we just saved and waitting for more items to come out cause we are farmers XD JK
that or we need a third person to help us test this map out

And seeing how you can't get UBER gear in this and you don't level
you may want to change all the skills over to getting stronger as your stats get higher
Ideas (don't have to take them)
Paladin
**Consercation = Damage 25 (even 20 would work) + (AP / 4) = DPS

Finaly got a group to down the first boss
Tanks need a taunt skill ITS A REQUIRED SKILL!
Loot and destroy options have the same Skill ID so when you use one you use both (NEEDS TO BE FIXED!)
Water Elementals with Boss 2 have WAY TOO MUCH life you should be able to kill them.

than atleast remove them if the team is wiped
they add up if you dont kill the boss making like 50 against 3+ its sorta unfair

BTW Idk if you meant to put it like this or not but when you save your hero your points dont save

Just waitting for you to put a link for 0.4a so I can try it and hopefuly find a few people on US east to try it with

Hopefuly I can get 2 people to help down the first boss so I can gear up more.

So far so good, its gonna be a pain to get a group so I can start a guide for this map on the items and that.
