All you have done really is modify the skin, and badly at that

the screenshot is bad ...but i done modeling.

i removed the weapon and the little thing whith a ring on it...but i agree it need improvement...many improvement.

yes, but i prefered it to hit whit is gauntlet, not whit a scroll.

i plan to redraw to skin.

yeah more like a skin dude ... and even the skin could use a fix
but first of all id say : previews in modelling are screenshots of the model u created ... u can add some doodads but dont hide ur unit after those doodads

and i will tweak it more so it will look more like a model.
i newly found how to add layer and it help a lot in skinnig.

its better but still its not enough... change more ... like merge new head and and add heroglow ...maybe give another weapon and change more

ive got some new program ( i had only magos ) so i will modify it more.

Skin is still a basic recolor
And the armor needs some serious loving on the details and overall texture quality
