Jumping spell & random region/rect

Hi I need help with 2 things.
First, I want to make my unit a jumping Spell. But I havent a clue how to
And sencondly I want to know how to Make a item. go into a random region. So say theres 5 regions I want it to go in 1. but randomly can I do that?

1. look at the spell section, there are about 100 jump-type spells
2. Store a region into a variable(with array, and asign a number to each specific region(like RegionVar[1] = region <0001> gen)) than you make a trigger that randomly picks a Variable(region) and moves the item to that region.
