Jumping ability

How can i make a trigger when players click space(it dosent have to be space)ther hero jumps?

what do you mean with jump? just hop into the air or jump from one point to another point in front of the hero?

I think he means the Quake map, where your soldier jumps when you right click.

No,no do u know WOW or any other MMORPG game ? well when u click space u jump up.

Either make or install a jump system, and create a trigger that calls the jump trigger whenever you press space bar.

Player - Keyboard event

Although I just checked it and it only seems to have the arrow keys...so maybe you need JASS to do any other keyboard keys? Although I'm pretty sure I remember seeing somewhere in GUI where I could pick any key to press....it might have been that I was thinking of the "Action: Game - Force UI Key"

To make it look like he's jumping, just set his flying hight up and then down again, Too make him able to land on things is another thing.

Im not sure if you can to a action when a player presses space, though, you might have to use something else.

It's totally possible, just get a jump system and alter it so you have to use the space bar, and the target point should not be a selected point but a point ahead your character. I'm almost sure it's possible to solve with gui alone.

You probably won't have a very nice jump effect with GUI only though. I remember seeing a GUI only jump system either here or on WC3C...and it looked like shit. Only the JASS jump systems actually look really good.

Umm, search the spells section for 'jump' or something. There should be at least 3 or 4 jump systems on Hive. Download them, try them out, look into the script and decide which one is the best for you.
