JassNew Gen, having some problems

Hi, I've been using Jass NewGen for a while now on my new operating system (Windows 7) but just a couple hours ago it began malfuctioning. While Jass NewGen is open the program will keep switching from (Not Responding) to just normal. I seem to still be able to do somethings, but if I minimize it I can't go back to it. It also keeps like dissapearing then reappearing on my taskbar, but it happens really quickly, just like when it switches from (Not Responding) to normal.

Any ideas on why it's doing this or how I could fix it? Thank you so much for any help.
