every time i save the map there this comes(attachment). I have waited for several minutes but no change.

I have had this error happen before, as well, are you running Windows 7? In that case, you have to select "Run As Administrator" every time you open the program.

Also make sure jasshelper has been updated. The one that comes with the package is like 20 versions out of date.

I have updated my signature to include the link to updated Jass NewGen Pack which includes the latest JassHelper 0.A.2.B.
