The main reason why you'll get Object Merger error is the absence of "Install Path" registry. Since you are using both games (Reforged and Classic), the NewGen WE won't work when you've already used the Reforged WE.
You can modify the Install Path registry for NewGen WE by using the Registry Editor and find the string called "InstallPath".

For switching between the Reforged and Classic WE, you'll have to find the "Tool Window" value in "WorldEdit" key and delete it.
You can still use the Reforged WE by using the Battle.net client. There is an option called "Start World Editor", IIRC.

Another question, this error can causes anything? Because trigger is works well. If it is only error message i can ignore it.
Judged by the error message you encounter (Warcraft mpqs could not be opened), it's probably caused by having two Warcraft 3 installations.
If you don't encounter this error, then I highly recommend purging the entire registry if you have already installed the Reforged. According to masterblaster's post in this thread:
Be advised that if you're planning to have multiple versions of Warcraft III installed at the same time, you might need to repeat the step above quite often when switching between versions, especially if you're using the World Editor. For example, if you play Reforged and then want to launch 1.31, but you're encountering problems, you'll need to "purge" the registry. Same when going from 1.31. to Reforged or any other version.
