[Spell] Item reincarnation ability

I would like to create a permanent item which has reincarnation every 180 seconds.
If I use the normal item ability for the Ankh it does not work for a permanent item.
The hero is simply killed.

With an ability based on 'ACm' it works but when the hero is killed a second time during the cooldown of the ability, he is gone and cannot be revived at an altar anymore.

Is it possible to create such an item without the strange bug?

Create cusom ability based on TC's Reincarnation (AOre).
Change it to be non-hero ability.
Give it to your item.
