Item Ownege system

I want to make a system that every player has his items and no one else can take his items.

Can you tell me how to do it?

Here's a little system I have created for you:
If it doesn't work, or it doesn't work as it is supposed to, please tell me and I'll fi it.

Item Types or anything else isn't in this system, only the ownage system.
(You don't have to give me credits, it's just a little system...)
