Item Mana Bonus multilevel (mana bonus inconsistent)

HI guys!
I tried making a multilevel mana bonus skill, using the Item Mana Bonus ability as a base, but it screwed up my mana, and from the second level it even made my max mana lower... Any ideas how to solve this porblem?

Use different ability instances instead of different levels? Or use this bug and trigger it.
