Item hover

Hi all,
Is there any way to make item hover? if so can anyone tell me how to do that?

Not sure why you'd want that, cause Items don't move, so I don't see the functionality in having a hover ability, unless you are talking about an item floating graphically, but then your talking about a skin/model job.

well i'm making item Frostmourne and i want to use This model for item. So you say that only way to make this work how i want would be editing model?
