[Item] Creating a "Mana Ward" ?

Any ideas on how to do this? The only option im leading to is triggers but is there any easyier way?

Features should have blueness on the ward, exactly the same but restores mana other then healing?

Help will be gladly appreciated!

Create your custom ward out of orc's one and remove Healing Aura ability. Instead add Brilliance Aura with Procent field set to true and enter % value you want ward to heal mana for.
