Importing custom cbjects from my old map to a new one

Is there an easyier way to get my custom units, spells, triggers etc from one map, to be useable on a nother map, the copy and paste each item one by one?

Thank You very much for that lightspeed answer Parrothead, exactly what i needed. Quite simple solution, should have found that option myself...

To everyone with similar problems: Export your triggers, objects etc first, then import them on the other map! Ull find the export/import option in each EDITOR (not the object manager, but trigger EDITOR, Object EDITOR, etc) as described above.
