ISO good terrainer

Just finished a few things ive been working on and ive been looking to get a terrainer for an uncoming project. The way its currently laid out, the first continent is 2/3 forest area and 1/3 water area but the water area looks ugly. So im asking to recruit a terrainer to:

1) fix the town... i dont like how i spammed doodads
2a) re-do the water area so it isnt just a bunch of random paths
2b) OR erase the water area and replace it with a cathedral like in Diablo 2. (this map is based on diablo 2

Features of the map

* Full screen talent tree
* 7 playable characters
* all stat-based custom spells
* custom stats, crit system, knockback, etc.
* more to come?

attached are some screenies. didnt take closeups of the water area because theres nothing to see!

please post/link pics of your work. time frame shouldn't be an issue as long as quality is good.

(Yeah i know, I got lazy in the description... i srsly need to develop the map development thread)

E/ Forgot to mention that you cannot use cliffs

I wouldn't say I am a good terrainer, but I would like to think I am a good learner.

I would like to help out terraining for a project because I feel like that would push me more to do even better work. I have been terraining for a short time but after reading a few tutorials and playing with the editor a bit I came up with decent results.

If you would like me to, I'd be more than happy to terrain edit for your project.

My first try at making a decent looking playable area. I didn't use any imports so I realize that would make it look a lot better but I'm sure there are many many other things I could have done better than just getting better models.

So I'm looking for any tips to be better.

If you are intending the map to be free-roam, you shouldn't use the trees as walls.

Your much better than i am :O might consider it. Could you post an example of either like... a dungeon or a cathedral? (if you dont have one, just make like the first room of one and dont worry about background)

the map is going to be like diablo 2, aka barely free roam at all. i use so trees for walls all the time

Okay :) I'll make one real quick I don't really have a doodad set for a dungeon yet so it will take a while to object edit all the standard doodads I need so I can shape em.

Hmm. Not bad.. still not exactly expert quality but will save me time to make systems + slightly better than my current terrain. Ill send u a pm on tues/wed/whenever about the map + your task
