Shadow Fury: The map is rejected due to the improper map description. You require additional info about the game and a credits list. Saying that this is your first map isn't a plausible reason for not writing a detailed description.
I'd strongly recommend adding screenshots and a changelog but those are optional.

Do you have the original creator's permission to edit and upload his/her map. Also, you have to improve the description: add screenshots and tell what the map is about.
