Hello world. I made a spell for my map (just think of it as a map where you fight players, fight players, fight players, fight some cpu's allied with the other team, then fight some more players etc.)
anyway, I made a spell from DBZ called Galick Gun. basically you click the ability and get stopped in your tracks, an aura of energy surrounds your hero and grows as you charge the ability. you can turn your hero around 360 degrees by clicking and the longer you charge the ability the more damage/range it has. you can charge it up to 5 seconds (really 5.53442932) and can press 's' to detonate the ability prematurely. when you do, it fires out a beam that does damage and depending on if you turn your hero or not, you can actually change the beam's direction.
now, I need help with 2 areas
1) do you have any ideas for special effects/sounds it would make when it comes in contact with units;
2) does this sound like something that's playable, like, not too cheap (just a point/click nuke) but not too hard to execute?
