Is this a new bug or an old bug?

I was making triggers in GUI the other day and I found that in the "Item-class Comparison" condition, the Preset of "Miscellaneous" doesn't actually correspond to the Item class "Miscellaneous" in the Object Editor. An item from the Miscellaneous category in Object Editor that I have tested seems to correspond to the Item class called "Unknown" in the Condition. I wonder if this bug is a new one or if it has always existed.
