to put an AI on the player list that is not permanent... i know theres gotta be a way because my friend says he did it on a protected map...

You can run an AI player the same way with or without them being in the player/force list. Its just if the player slot is available for a human player to occupy, that will mess up the triggers because they'de be able to control the triggered units. But if otherwise it does not matter if they are on a designated force or not. (just having them on a force saves you having to make a whole lot of "player- set allaince" triggers :roll: )

okay... that was too technical for me but... in the game i wanna use it for is protected and it says im tryna cheat if i play single player without an AI and my friend says he added one but if i just put a computer player(difficulty) it doesnt work...
