Is there a way to transfer a model's entire set of bones to another (boneless) model?

I don't think bone transfer is doable (by Mdlvis at least), why not transfering a boneless mesh into the one which has bone instead? Delete the mesh which has bone after done transferring, and then re-attaching it's bones into the boneless one mesh vertexes. Well, at least that's the manual way I often use.
