Listchecker won't fix hosting issues it will just reduce delay.
Have you opened Wc3-ports in your Router? Turned off your firewall?
You should do so and dont forget the windows FW .

He has problems hosting, not joining a game.

Did he mange to get to the waiting screen where people join game or he just get a error when making a game or he have an error when joining bnet?

He comes to the waiting screen, but people cant join him.
That possibility is more likely, but lets wait for an explanation by
the threadstarter...

well, i know how to host and i know how to do it.

1. Go into your router on a website and type your IP (if your router has the default password and account, it should: password: admin. account: admin
2. Click the option to open ports and stuff
3. create a new port
4. type 6112 - 6119 and your computer IP not the router's
5. Turn of Firewall, or just let the Warcraft go right through Firewall.
6. Your Done!
