Is it possible to get the OS time in-game?

Blizzard had an emphasis on safety in mind when writing
the public API for warcraft 3. They basically keep user/pc
interaction as abstract as possible which just makes it that
much more brilliant when someone discovers something
like the Preload hack.

But no, can't get the CPU time without running NewGen
WarCraft III with Reinventing the Craft, but this means that
you can't play it on battle.net.
