Shouldn't you give it a birth animation? Possibly, while its building some guy runs in! If there's no birth animation, it'll look pretty silly while it's being constructed. Unless it's developed by a skill or trained. And... if it's trained, it should move. Aside from that, 4.5/5!

Pros:
It can be used on TD's, it can be used on space maps, its good.
Uses only in-game skins, wich is good too.

Neutral:
I havent tried it so i cant say if it works or not.

Cons:
The command area looks messy.

Overall: 4.5/5 ~ 5/5.
I especially like this one.

Well "ship" is the name I give to all things of stars which are not Fx :x But yeah, it is used as a turret.
