Invisible model 2.0

I edited the default "Summer Tree Wall"

It displays fine in the editor but when I test the map it's invisible.

You need to set Art - Model File - Has Lightweight Model to False.

I have no idea. I just know custom tree models don't work if you don't set it to false.
