custom model invisible ingame

I am having trouble with imported model. when I import it on world editor, it looks great, but when I test the map, the model become invisible and unselectable.
I have restarted the world editor and tested the map again but the model still invisible.
can someone tell me what is wrong with it? thanks!!

it must be wonrg path of the imported model. Can you show me the files u imported?

I use this model https://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/models-530/sun-48489/?prev=search%3Dsun%26d%3Dlist%26r%3D20, and fortunately after restarting the world editor few times, the model can be used in my map

You don't need to restart the editor after importing something. First import stuff, then save map. Then use the stuff you imported and it will work right away if you imported it correctly.
