download any Custom UI or your own UI, import them with import manager and change the path to :
UI\Console\Human\HumanUITile01.blp
UI\Console\Human\HumanUITile02.blp
UI\Console\Human\Human0UITile03.blp
UI\Console\Human\HumanUITile04.blp
UI\Console\Human\HumanUITile-InventoryCover.blp
UI\Console\Human\HumanUITile-TimeIndicatorFrame.blp
just change the "Human" to "Orc"/ "Night Elf" / "Undead" to apply the Custom UI to the particular race. (e.g : if you use Human, the UI will only apply to Human).
