Interface problem % question

If I wanna change gold/wood/food description & icon do I have to change all at the same time? Or can I change just description to wood? Because when I`m changing it`s going back to default.

no, you don't have to change all at the same time.
It should work if you want only to change the description for ...let's say wood resource.
Make sure "Use Custom Game Interface" is checked.

Edit:
Oh, and make sure you don't have any "war3mapSkin.txt" file in imports because your changes made to game interface won't work anymore.
